Effective Leadership Course

The Effective Leadership course is a self-paced, personal development program, aimed at helping individuals to discover and live out God's vision for their lives.

The studies will help to generate a deeper understanding of your calling and roles that are of primary importance in your life, and help you to invest time and energy into those areas. The course shows the way that Jesus lived and takes you through a process that will help you to learn how to grow and develop, so that you have a greater capacity for spiritual leadership.

The course consists of two modules, each consisting of ten studies:

• Personal Life Leadership
• Team Leadership

The course is written by James Jesudason and David Ridgway and has been used to develop church leaders in Europe.
