Sheldon is from Vancouver Canada. He is married to a Slovak, named Anna, and they live in England. Sheldon is always looking for clarity and understanding when it comes to living and learning. As someone who wants to be devoted to lifelong learning, he believes that the question is sometimes more important than the answer.

Sheldon currently works with Next Level International in the Leadership Development Team. He is developing new learning models and programs for the nations of former Communist Europe. This journey has also helped him shape his thoughts and philosophies on personal and leadership development. Before this, he worked for TELUS in Vancouver Canada in their Learning Centre. Here he developed curriculum models and training materials for the corporate world.

Sheldon is the founder of Organic Thoughts, a teaching philosophy and personal label. He believes that the way one teaches is as important as what is taught. Creating positive learning environments and allowing people to grow towards transformation is the chief goal of teaching. Organic thinking allows people to develop, connect and reproduce themselves in natural ways.
