James Jesudason
The themes of leadership, missions, and creativity can be traced back in James' experience from the age of 17. He has been involved in leadership and working in teams at school, university, the local church, and missions organisations. His missions experience initially came from short-term missions trips to a number of countries, where he was involved in creative evangelism and preaching, and later at Kreativ Mission (a Swedish missions organisation involved in the creative arts). He later worked for over four years in the leadership training department at Next Level International, and headed up the development and implementation of a distance learning programme for leaders.
When he's not been working for a missions organisation, he has worked in software development and consultancy for a number of software houses. His skills include a number of programming languages ranging from COBOL and FORTRAN to Visual Basic and Perl. He's used to working on all levels of projects, from design to implementation.
James has a passion to develop and release people into their calling, particularly in the area of leadership using his creativity and teaching skills.
He's skillfully kept in line by his wife and two children.
